Start Your Custom Home Project With What You Have
No drawings or BOQ yet? No problem. If you’re planning a new-build home or villa, just tell us what you need—we can start from there.
Talk to Helen about your villa or whole-home material plan
Helen is your first project contact at George Group China.
With 10 years of bathroom export experience, she understands custom product details, factory follow-up, quality inspection communication, export packing, and support for international clients.
For villa and whole-home projects, Helen works with George Group China’s design, factory, QC, and logistics teams. She helps review your floor plan, material scope, product categories, finish direction, quotation details, production updates, packing needs, and delivery questions.
Send your floor plan, BOQ, room list, renderings, reference images, or project questions. Helen will help identify what information is needed for the next step.
Review the Design Before Confirming Materials
Our team can review the layout, 3D design direction, finish samples, cabinet colors, bathroom selections, flooring, lighting, furniture, and hardware before you confirm the order. This helps keep the materials and finishes consistent from room to room.
Check Layouts, Proportions, and Clearances in 3D
Our 3D interior design service reviews how the spaces connect, along with cabinet proportions, door swings, drawer pull-outs, and shower glass clearances before production begins.
Compare Finish Samples with Confidence
Finish samples let you compare wood, stone, metal, paint, and leather textures in person. This helps keep villa and apartment renovation materials consistent beyond what you see on a screen.
Match Cabinet Colors with Key Surfaces
George Group China coordinates cabinet color matching across countertops, flooring, wardrobes, and bathroom vanities. This helps reduce visible color differences between materials produced by different factories.
Coordinate Doors, Lighting, and Room Finishes
We review flooring, wood doors, baseboards, countertops, and lighting color temperatures together. This helps prevent cold-looking floors, overly yellow countertops, and room finishes that feel mismatched.
Match Bathroom Products Before Installation
Bathroom product matching coordinates vanities, toilets, showers, faucets, drains, mirror cabinets, and MEP points. This supports cleaner installation and more consistent materials throughout the bathroom.
Confirm Hardware and Visible Details Early
We confirm hinges, drawer slides, handleless details, mitered joints, edge banding, and visible workmanship early in the process. This supports a more refined finish throughout the custom home.
Reduce the risks of working with multiple material suppliers
Catch drawing and size conflicts before production
Cabinets, windows, doors, flooring, plumbing points, appliance spaces, and bathroom layouts all affect one another.
We review the available drawings and specifications together before production.
Keep finishes and materials consistent
Cabinet finishes, flooring colors, stone surfaces, door frames, lighting, and furniture may look right on their own but feel inconsistent once installed together.
Before the order is finalized, we help compare samples, finish references, textures, and hardware.
Confirm quality and specifications before shipment
Imported materials require clear specifications and careful checks before shipment.
We support sample confirmation, production follow-up, photo and video inspections, measurement checks, and packing reviews before the materials are shipped.
Keep packing and shipping clear
Working with separate suppliers can lead to scattered packing lists, repeated documents, missing hardware, mixed cartons, and unclear responsibility.
We support consolidated packing, room-by-room labels, container loading, and shipment documentation.
Quality checks and export packing before shipment
We help prepare export packing, room-by-room labels, packing lists, container loading details, shipment documents, and delivery coordination. This makes it easier for your receiving team to identify and sort the materials after arrival.
Check drawings and dimensions
We review key dimensions, openings, cabinet layouts, plumbing points, hardware positions, and installation-related details.
Verify finishes and hardware
We check visible surfaces, edge details, colors, finishes, hinges, slides, handles, and key accessories before packing.
Review custom items by photo and video
For important custom items, we provide inspection photos, videos, measurement references, and product details before shipment.
Pack and label materials for export
We use reinforced packing, fragile-item protection, packing lists, room labels, category labels, and container loading records.
Building Materials Sourcing FAQ
Before Purchase
01. Is it really worth sourcing full-house building materials from China for my villa or custom home?
Yes, especially when your project involves several customized product categories rather than one or two individual items. Sourcing kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, windows and doors, flooring, stone, lighting and furniture together can provide more flexibility in materials, finishes and custom sizes.
George helps you evaluate the project based on total landed cost, customization requirements, quality control, shipping and installation conditions—not factory price alone.
02. How can I tell if a building materials supplier in China is reliable before placing a large order?
A reliable supplier should be able to show more than product photos and a low quotation. Before placing a large order, check the company's factory resources, showroom, completed projects, product specifications, drawing process, quality-control procedure and export experience.
George supports project buyers with factory and product verification, specification confirmation, drawing-based review, production follow-up and pre-shipment inspection. Important materials, finishes and hardware should also be documented before production.
03. Can George help if my BOQ or detailed product drawings are not ready yet?
Yes. You can contact George before your BOQ, shop drawings or detailed interior specifications are complete.
Start with whatever you already have, such as architectural floor plans, room layouts, elevations, 3D renderings, reference images, project location and approximate budget. George can help identify missing information and develop clearer product requirements for cabinets, bathroom products, windows, doors, furniture and other customized materials.
04. How do I calculate the real landed cost of importing building materials from China?
Calculate the total landed cost rather than comparing only the factory quotation. Your real project cost may include product prices, customization, samples, export packing, inland transport in China, container loading, ocean freight, insurance, import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local delivery.
Shipping method also matters. FCL may be more efficient for larger villa or whole-house orders, while LCL can suit smaller volumes but may involve additional handling.
During Purchase
05. How does George prevent wrong sizes and installation problems before production?
George reviews critical dimensions and installation interfaces before customized products are released for manufacturing.
For kitchen cabinets and wardrobes, this may include wall dimensions, appliance openings and finished floor levels. Bathroom vanities may require checking plumbing positions, basin sizes and faucet locations. Windows and doors require accurate structural openings, opening directions, glass specifications and installation clearances.
06. How can I make sure the bulk order matches the samples, colors and specifications I approved?
The best protection is to document the approved specification before bulk production begins.
George can record key details such as material type, dimensions, color, surface finish, hardware, countertop, glass configuration and product reference. Depending on the product, this may include moisture-resistant cabinet boards, soft-close hinges, quartz countertops, specified glass thickness or 304 stainless steel components where required.
07. How does George check whether products meet my local standards and project requirements?
George reviews destination-market requirements early because building-material standards vary by country and product category.
Windows, doors, glass, electrical products, plumbing fixtures and other regulated materials may require specific technical specifications, test reports or certification documents. Product suitability can also depend on climate, installation method, structural conditions and local building codes.
08. Do I need to coordinate with different factories myself when sourcing a whole house from China?
No. One of the main advantages of working with George is reducing the need to manage multiple factories separately.
A whole-house project may involve different manufacturers for kitchen cabinets, sanitary ware, windows and doors, flooring, lighting, furniture, stone and other materials. George coordinates these categories through one project team, including specifications, samples, production schedules, quality checks, packing and shipment preparation.
09. How does George keep different product categories from delaying my project?
George manages the project around product lead times rather than treating every category as an independent order.
Long-lead or highly customized products should be identified early, while drawing approval, sample confirmation, production, inspection and shipment dates are planned around the overall project schedule. Cabinets, windows, furniture, stone and sanitary ware may all have different production cycles, so approval deadlines and shipment readiness need to be coordinated carefully.
After Purchase
10. What happens if something arrives damaged, missing or different from what I approved?
George will first compare the issue with the approved specifications, packing records, carton references and shipment information to identify what happened.
If you discover damage, missing hardware, incorrect finishes or other problems, keep the original carton labels and provide clear photos or videos before installation. This makes it easier to determine whether the issue relates to production, packing, transportation or installation.
